We have an intention for the day. Get this done, get that done, live peacefully, do that, be balanced, give back, be grounded, do this.
Then shit happens.
Something not on the list.
We have seen this stuff before, only this time we handle it differently, in a new way. Instead of cursing it for intruding, we spread out the welcome matt.
The wrench in our day, throws us off schedule, our intention still insight just derailed a bit. And instead we see it not as a wrench, but as a lesson. A gentle reminder that we can continue with our intentions, just pausing to remember to let go of the steerig wheel. We hand over the reins of control without surrendering our desire.
We walk away grateful for the shit that wasn’t really shit, but rather gift.
