Monday’s Random Thought: Connect

I am wandering, confused and lost when I have lost connection.

Connection to Self, God, those I love, those who matter most to my heart.

If the day is unraveling and I am losing hope every hour, it is because I have forgotten to tether myself to my best Self. I have ignored the invitation of God to gather within or have total disregard to the invitation from the Universe to focus on what feeds my soul. Only when I have touched base with myself and the Divinity in and around me can I begin to connect to those I love. It starts within. Looking outside of me first only gets me more disconnected.

I get pulled to the stuff that drains me, distracted by the things that get me off track. Begin at home, I must remind myself. Go within to be grounded to what matters therefore, connected.

It is a practice to connect. It is my life blood to carve specific time and moments in my day to connect to Self and Source. When I live disconnected from who I am and my beliefs I wither and get lost in the chaos. When I firmly, actively and faithfully step into my connection I see with clarity. My faith in life is reignited.
