I was informed over the weekend that April celebrates National Poetry Month. (Thank you Cynthia.) Found this out after I began a new morning ritual of creating a daily poem. So today, I will pull from the archives. This is from a decade ago, I believe. Inspiration on an afternoon walk, attending a writing retreat on Whidbey Island.
